Meet the Staff

Eve DamRose joins the What’s Your Beef management team after many years experience in business.  Early in her career, she studied computer programming which led her to participate in many aspects of business including bookkeeping, sales, and office management over the next 20 years.  Eve’s many interests include massage and acupuncture.  She has studied both and had a private massage practice.   She also trained in the martial arts for 12 years earning a 3rd degree black belt.   

 

Nestor Torres joins the What’s Your Beef management team after many years of experience in both the restaurant industry and as a self employed entrepreneur.  For several years, he was associated with the Sagebrush Steak Cantina restaurant in Cedar Knolls.  Dedicated to customer satisfaction, Nestor’s reputation as an energetic and multi-talented individual made him a logical addition to our outstanding management team.

 

Andrew Guidone began working in the restaurant industry while attending Arizona State University where he worked at several restaurants before joining Maloney’s On Campus (owned by Mastro Restaurant Group) for 12 years.  He then joined the management team at Cocomo Joe’s and later participated in the launch and management of Blue Note Cellars also in Arizona.  Returning to New Jersey, Andrew enjoyed opportunities at Brielle River House and Nauvoo Grill Club before joining the management staff at What’s Your Beef where he looks forward to knowing and providing the "good company" for our clientele.
